Migraine Education
Headache physiology, red flags in headache, migraine triggers, and acute and preventive treatments.
Injection Training
Hands on training that includes anatomical landmarking and injection techniques on both training models and live patients.
Billing Opportunity
Nerve block injections for treatment of migraine have a fee code under Alberta Health.
Investment
$1,500 which includes migraine education, injection training, lunch and certificate of completion.
Expert Facilitator
Samantha Johnson, Nurse Practitioner will facilitate 8-hours of migraine education and nerve block training.
