Dr. Anish Arora was born and raised and Calgary. He completed his medical school in Edmonton and returned to Calgary to finish his residency. He is a General Practitioner whose focus lies in academic medicine, occupational medicine, and applying his procedural skills. He is involved in other aspects of care including teaching as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Calgary, preparing residents for their board exams, and working with various companies for their corporate medical needs. He occasionally travels to other provinces to provide medical care in rural settings.⁠

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and indulging in various sports and hikes.⁠
